Berger 6.5mm 144gr Long Range Hybrid Target bullets are advanced match-grade target bullets designed for long-range shooting, PRS, F-Class, NRL, and precision reloading in 6.5 mm cartridges. This model belongs to Berger’s Long Range Hybrid Target, LRHT series, combining a high ballistic coefficient, excellent wind resistance, and consistent performance at 1000 yards and beyond.

The bullet uses Berger’s LR Hybrid Ogive profile, combining the advantages of tangent and secant ogive geometry. This gives the bullet high aerodynamic efficiency while making it more tolerant of seating-depth variations than traditional VLD-style bullets. Berger describes this model as jump-tolerant, meaning it is more forgiving of bullet jump to the rifling.

The 144gr LRHT also features Meplat Reduction Technology, MRT. This process creates a more uniform bullet tip shape, helping reduce BC variation from shot to shot. According to Berger, the bullet is Doppler radar verified, with BC variation below 1%.
