GENERAL PROVISIONS
The luski.pl website operates on the terms set out in these Regulations.
The Regulations specify the types and scope of services provided electronically by the luski.pl Website, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaint procedure.

DEFINITIONS
CONTACT FORM – a form available on the luski.pl Website enabling the Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider directly.

CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III point 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.
The period for which the contract is concluded:
the contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting in enabling the sending of messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and terminates upon sending the message or ceasing to send it by the Service Recipient.
Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
computer with Internet access,
access to e-mail,
Web browser,
enabling Cookies and Javascript in the web browser.
The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and morality, taking into account respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.
The service recipient is prohibited from providing illegal content.
The customer can pay for the ordered goods electronically and by paying with a payment card via the Shoper payment service - secure online payments carried out by the Blue Media SA operator. Possible current payment methods are specified on the website www.bluemedia.pl . are carried out in accordance with the Customer's choice via the BlueMedia.pl website. Electronic payments and payment cards are handled by: BlueMedia.pl - Blue Media SA with its registered office in Sopot (address of the registered office: ul. Haffnera 6, 81-717 Sopot), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number: 0000320590, registration files kept by the District Court Gdańsk - Północ in Gdańsk, share capital in the amount of PLN 2,000,000 fully paid up, NIP: 5851351185. Payments by payment cards will be made based on the available types of payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron , Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic.
Collector's orders of used shells, i.e. those in which the customer orders more than 4 products in an amount of less than 10 pieces of shells in one order, may be subject to an additional fee of PLN 30. If the ordered products are in stock in less than 10 pieces, the maximum available quantity should be assumed.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services via the Website may be submitted by the Customer via e-mail to the following address: sklep@luski.pl
In the above e-mail, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will greatly facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days.
The Service Provider's response regarding the complaint is sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided in the complaint or in another manner provided by the Customer.
In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller's addresses provided in these Regulations.
It is recommended that the complaint include, among others: a concise description of the defect, circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, details of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, no later than within 14 days, and if it does not do so within this period, it is considered that the Customer's request has been justified.
If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund it to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party.
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. In order to withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, you must complete the declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product / products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content posted on the website at luski.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of luski.pl. The Service Recipient bears full responsibility for damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content of the luski.pl website without the consent of the Service Provider.
Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements that make up the content and content of the luski.pl website constitutes a violation of the Service Provider's copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreements concluded via the Website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
In the event of non-compliance of any part of the Regulations with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the challenged provision of the Regulations.
